Every 4 years the Child Nutrition Department collects information that will assist in determining if this program can be extended for another 4 years. This program has been in place since 2004. Because we don’t collect or request income information, from families whose students attend Provision 2 schools, we are not able to confirm eligibility status for programs outside of the meal program. For students participating in an After-School program also receive a cold supper meal at "no cost" through the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
