Distance Learning Information
Please click here for a letter from the Superintendent regarding Distance Learning.
While our school district is closed to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, staff and community, we are providing our families with materials to engage students in learning from home.
Students can submit their completed work online (Google Classroom) or keep evidence of their work in a notebook (spiral, composition) or on paper.
Teachers will continue to work remotely from home, keeping office hours. They will regularly contact families to check on student progress. Ask your teacher when they have office hours in case you have questions.
What options do I have for distance learning?
1. Using any device that has connectivity (data)—computers, iPhones, Androids, tablets, iPads, even gaming consoles like PS4 and XBox One—can connect to Google Classroom either through a web browser or downloading the Google Classroom app.
2. Printed packets were distributed by site for some grade.
3. Additional grade level specific work and recommendation are available to download on this site.
4. If you need a device and have not been able to pick up one from your child’s site, please communicate with the principal to make arrangements.
Schedules
It is important to keep students on a schedule during Distance Learning.
