Child Nutrition Services
Welcome to Child Nutrition Services
All Alum Rock Students will receive breakfast and lunch meals at “no cost” for the school year 2024 - 2025 through the alternative program – Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Program and California Universal Meals For All.
Through the CEP program, CNS will not be collecting meal applications from families; therefore, we cannot generate a letter stating families receive "free meals." However, schools can provide families with the Notice of Information for Community Eligibility Provision Program in its place should families request it.
Students participating in an After-School program will also receive a supper meal (super snack) at "no cost" through the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Should you have any questions or just want to say "Hi", please reach out to us.
Thank you,
Child Nutrition Services Department
